Biography :
Born and raised in Knoxville, Lauren's roots run deep in East Tennessee. After graduating from Farragut High School, she went on to attend the University of Tennessee graduating in just 3 years with Honors. While attending the University of Tennessee and working full-time at the Tennessee School for the Deaf, Lauren purchased her first home in the Old North Knoxville Historic District and began her love for historic homes and real estate. After stints in Louisville, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee, Lauren has returned to Knoxville to pursue her dream of working in real estate and starting a business with her husband, a home builder.
Prior to real estate, Lauren worked in sales for a well-known Fortune 500 company. She was continually recognized for exceeding sales goals and being a top producer in her division by doubling her sales year-after-year. Lauren draws on her corporate background to provide the best sales, marketing and client experience to all of her clients. Professionalism, open communication, honesty and listening to a client's needs whether buying or selling are always top priority. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking for your own "Fixer-Upper", or are ready to sell your current home and find your dream home, Lauren understands the unique needs of buyers and sellers from both a personal and professional perspective.
Aside from her real estate clients, Lauren enjoys working closely with her husband in designing custom and spec homes with their company, Ikon Homes. When she isn't doing something real estate related, you can find her spending time with family and friends, trying out a new restaurant in town, reading, watching football (Go Vols!), volunteering, and traveling.
